Workshop on Postharvest Losses Brings Together Researchers from Brazil and the United States

Aprosoja estimates show that Brazil loses approximately 12.5% of soybeans produced in the country during the processes of pre-harvest, harvest, short-haul transport, grading, storage and transportation throughout the agricultural supply chain. This represents about 10 million tons of soybeans.
